This is just a notice to inform members of a few dates and items that might be important.

1) The first Tuesday that the Seniors will be playing officially will be May 10th.

2) The cost of playing the senior’s group will be $15 payable ASAP to Gordon Young or any committee member (listed below).

3) The Hampton Senior invitational will be held on Tuesday June 28th.

4) The Tri-Club dates have seen set and they are as follows: Westfield on Thursday June 9th, Hampton on Tuesday July 19th and Riverside on Tuesday Aug. 9th at 9:00am.

5) The home and home with Sussex Golf Club will be played at Hampton on June 14th but the dates have not been confirmed yet for the visit to Sussex.

6) The cost of playing the Tri-Club events and with Sussex has not been confirmed for the away events and will be $20 at home. The money must be paid in full to the Pro Shop prior to each event.

7) The standing rule to play in the above mentioned events is that you must play with the seniors at least twice prior to each tri-club event and priority will be given to those members that do so. For Tri Club events members are to be rotated each year to give everyone a chance to play each of the courses.

8) The date of the Senior Mens Club Championship will be Saturday Aug 20th and Sunday Aug 21st. This is stroke play competition.

9) There will be a Match Play Tournament for our senior group only. The qualifying round will be played on Tuesday May 24th. The top 16 Gross & 16 Net qualifiers will play on Tuesdays all year to determine an overall Gross & Net Champion to be determined prior to our closing day of Tuesday, September 27th.

10) The closing shotgun (9:30AM) for the Senior’s group will be held on Tuesday September 27th (as noted above) which includes a lunch, prizes and annual meeting.

11) Weekly sign up sheets will be posted on the Senior’s bulletin board and will be taken down to make the draw on the Friday at noon prior to, and then sent in to the starter on Sunday morning. Please check the board carefully to see if your name is listed and also that someone hasn’t already signed you up. ( This is your responsibility)
